I have played on the server for a while and I usually have a good time there. I finally remembered to come check this place out now that I have the chance. I know a lot of you have seen me around there. I play with this same name, TekaPhoenix. So I just wanted to introduce myself before I get into anything. See you guys around.

Why should I have to play as a different character? Almost everyone else plays as Luke Skywalker all the time with his cheap, one-hit-kill, unblockable attack. I think it's more fun to give my opponent a sporting chance. That way, even if they beat me, I'm still having fun. Speaking of which, when I teamkill, it's because I'm going after someone and then another guy on my team decides to jump in and try to attack at that moment. Not really anything I can do about that. I try not to steal kills either, but if an enemy pops up right in front of me, it's a reaction to try to take them out before they can do the same to me. That doesn't seem unreasonable to me. Besides that, a lot of people seem to think just because they look at an enemy, it's "their" kill and anyone who gets to that person first stole it. That's not right. There have been plenty of times where I'm chasing someone all over the map, then someone else on my team joins in. Then when I make the kill, the guy on my team kills me, presumably because I "stole" the kill. So not everything you perceive is the truth. I have never, EVER intentionally stolen a kill before.

Wow dude, i have honestly never seen anyone go off like tht from me just stating an opinion. wat I meant was tht you should try and practice with every character so u know how to use them. some desperate measures call for a specific character. I play Luke and Mace a lot. and I was just saying try not to killsteal, I never said u did it. I just meant it as don't steal kill.. geezus man.

Okay. That's fine, thanks. I wasn't getting worked up about it. I was just explaining my position. Honestly, if you think I was "going off" it's just the way you read it. Not my intention, and I apologize if I said anything to make it seem like more than the rationalization of my position that it was meant to be. It's so difficult to convey tone with just text. I just wanted to explain my thoughts on it because of what some of the others said about being an "Ayla noob", and they made it seemed like there was some kind of negative connotation I think is undeserved. Enigma, I will take your advice though and try to work with some other characters next time I'm in the game. Thanks, and sorry again for the misunderstanding.

Aayla is a noob character. The common noob form of attack is to sprint attack. Aayla's sprint attack is a 1 hit kill. Thus, she is a noob character. Of course if you are using her combo, which is a waste of time anyway, then you won't be looked upon as a noob. Though, it is smarter to use the sprint attack due to it being a 1hit attack and takes little time to complete... still is pretty nooby. I realize that is confusing as shit, so let's put it this way...

You are a noob if you constantly use (utilize) her sprint attack, then again you could be considered intelligent for doing so... it just depends.

Sorry for being random... I'm just being real. Seems a lot of people don't understand the unwritten laws of battlefront... looks like I gotta make a post to enlighten everyone.

Alright. Maybe I'll see you around in-game, then. And I'll keep that in mind, Sinister. I don't always use the sprint, though. I attack from the air a lot too, or just use the regular combo if I'm close. I'm working with the other characters now. I don't really like Luke. He's too cheap for me. I'm trying to get better with Obi-Wan, but it is difficult, and Mace just seems to suck for me...Who's left? Yoda. It seems that all Yoda can to is run away all the time and make hit-and-run attacks. He doesn't seem to have anything strong enough.

You gotta choose a character that has the best advantages for your style of play. Also basically every hero other than the shooters can one hit kill in fact aayla has two arial and sprint.

Yoda has more force which is useful for people who use a lot of force. He also has the infinite sprint ability
Obi has a sprint attack that can block force powers including choke when timed right
Luke has infinite sprint and is good for people who want to go fast (at least for me)
Kundi has a sprint that can almost always tumble
Aayla just sucks
Mace... no comment

Yoda does not have more force. His jumps just cost less force to perform.
No sprint attack can block choke, not even Obi's.

Ayla's aerial attack is not a 1-hit kill either. I've tried many times...

I didn't know that Obi-Wan's sprint could block force powers, though. That's pretty cool. I'll keep it in mind, since I have been practicing with him lately. Thanks.

Well Sinister I must have something wrong because I can never choke a sprinting obi. Course I am a noob but ehh.

She has a 1-hit kill aerial. There is a certain timing to it, just like all the other characters. You have to press R1 at the right time for it to kill in one hit.

You can choke Obi's sprint attack. Just choke at him and he gets choked. I don't know how you don't choke them lol.
