The thing I hate about taunting is everyone does the same thing...
crouch, head nod, attack after death. <--- same thing
be weird an unusual...like these...
Oompa loompa - pressing circle as fast you can to crouch,stand,crouch,stand
Jumpin jack - doing 4 backflips in front of him without touching the ground.
The sonic - sprint rolling across their body so their screen whiplashes in the other direction
^Those are just a few I made up or have come across...some more are
White chocolate, Dark chocolate, yoda mctwist, the proud stance, the blinder, the float stare, near death, upper cut, etc...
I did not just make these up...these are legit taunts that I have collected and given cool names to. lol There is more just can't think of them. Some are more epic then others, some are just funny. Anyways yea...figured I would post...

There's also MY TAUNTS that I made... >.>
"Light Show" - Basic sparks with Emperor/Anakin/Dooku 
"Spinning Light Show" - Makes enemy levitate in air and do constant spins while doing sparks at same time
There's also the "lovebattery" taunt, where you saber throw them in mid air after a push lol

The best taunter would have to be Sinister, when he does taunt, he actually has some creativity with em. They make me giggle.
Most annoying tauntwhore though, idk they don't really annoy me.
