the mod works now, heres how it works
it takes ALL jetpack fuel to turn the jetpack on, leaving none left to hover, and it needs a full tank just to do it, so its pretty much just a medium second jump

I actually liked chasing them, I am sure they get damn tired after awhile. always landing then turning around "OH CRAP!" "Hes stil there". Lol I can just imagine it, they wouldnt stop but it was fun and I killed em a time or to. But it will be nice.
