all i know is that i got banned forever b/c some1 dident like it when i started to fight back when they repetedly tk me even after i kept kneeling down and not fighting bac...plz unbanme

When i occasionally visit the abyss (under a different name of course, since most people just play like the most campy trash-heaps in the history of the game when they know it's me...) I see things people do to those they don't think they will receive consequence for, and sometimes people get into misunderstandings of meaning or intent. For example... Crouching can be seen as either an apology or a taunt.

I bring this up for two reasons.

The first, is that it is possible and, in consideration of the second reason I'm about to get to, likely that whatever occurred to start this was the result of misunderstood action vs. intent incidences.

The second, is that I've team-killed a certain individual for rushing at a kill I've just pushed down before, namely because they were in the way of an already started aerial, and because you(nasty) did not realize that it wasn't just a tk out of the blue, proceeded to attack me. I believe i kicked you for that lol.

And with that in mind it's perfectly possible that something of similar nature, whether it was something you had done Matt had misinterpreted in a similar way (Matt, I've seen you do it before...) or vice versa.

Nonetheless, I think that unless there is some incredibly well justified reason for the continuous tking after an attempt to let it go, the permanent ban for retaliating is uncalled for.

I mean... a perma-ban for pulling ridiculously and totally against-the-rules shit over and over is fine, but for retaliating to an offense only one side wants to proceed with is preposterous. (based on what i know so far)

Nasty, you CONSTANTLY steal kills and you are ALWAYS in the damn enemy spawn. You don't ever back off the enemy spawn and you spawn kill/camp them, alot of times you've spawn killed me as well, so that is one offense.

Second, I was under an alias at the time of your ban, and you stole my kill time after time after time. Alot of them were intentional as I saw it, because I was playing as a Yoda and when I would backslash my enemy, you would swoop down, push me and my kill-attempt, steal it and run off.
I backslashed you after awhile of it, and you team killed me and taunted me, which erupted into a very short TK war (I couldn't get on my computer at the time due to parent being on it), in which you started taunting me every time you killed me. Soo.. I banned you permanently.
Your ban isn't going anywhere until you give me a good reason to undo it, because everytime I play with you (I've only been back on this game for like a week), I deal with bullshit that isn't needed from you.

lol, i see. I'll wait to see how he responds first... I can't do anything but speculate since i wasn't there.

And I DON'T HOLD A BIAS TOWARDS MY OWN CLAN MEMBERS WHEN THEY ARE PERMABANNED (*cough* this admin i am referring to knows who he is *cough*). And i didn't unban another admin's ban with addressing it first, like in this situation.
