I can't train you. I'm extremely rusty. You wouldn't learn anything from me. Try joining a clan. Learn the basics and start out with like JOG or something. See if you can get a pretty good Freelancer to train you. Maybe like Brisingr. He's back.

You still need to play more and gain more experience before being in scrims in my opinoin. Learn how things work, be more aware of your surroundings and constantly looking around rather than focusing on just ONE target which is what you seem to do, and the most important is watching your pushing and choking around your teamates.
You probably won't do so well lol. I refused to play in scrims on this game until I got the hang of everything. I can't play in scrims anymore, constantly lagging and i'm just way out of my prime and lost focus with this game lol.
