I want to learn how to play as the Emperor, anyone got any tips? I know you cant play aggressivly when your the emperor.

Emperor isn't like other characters, you have to use him in a different method and strategy. It's all about pace, footing, and energy conservation (even I learned this from an individual  ). You can't just go out and make a move without planning, and of course energy. I normally wait until I have a full bar of stamina, unless I have to otherwise if being attacked in certain situations, to make my move so it's the safest way.
Like Tyrlan said, you CAN play aggressive as I do all the time when I am him lol. I ATTACK, not defend. Just don't be a Nasir, who just sat on buildings all day waiting for people to be on the same level as him so he could do his choke + lightning combo, that's lame. You need to learn how to perform float chokes, and other moves with him. He isn't Vader, so do not even think of trying to play like him due to his float lol. I do not know how well your Emperor is, but once I return, which will be VERY soon  I shall see it for myself.
Some tips I can give you though...
-Try jumping from place to place, example: Do not float over a gap to get to another building, just jump to other buildings to get closer to it.
-The Emperor's jump is alot more useful than other characters, jumping is a great strategy.. If used correctly lol.
-You ALWAYS have to keep an eye on your stamina guage, far more than normally. One slip up while making a move, can put you in a pretty bad situation. For example: The Emperor's jump is sometimes glitchy, and when you jump, it takes some of your stamina even though you didn't float. So if you try your float choke manuever, you put yourself in a bad situation since you have no force to defend yourself.
-I would advise that you practice your float choke technique quite highly, as that is a very important role for him. Most of my moves or attacks are from the air lol.
