Could someone Plz, Plz, PLZZ!!!! help me?

I still have thoes lag out problems and i dont know what it is. I mean i dont lag while im playing, it just randomly shows the disconnection icon on the bottom right hand corner for 10 seconds then it says "connection to host lost" then im kicked out of the server.

Im Wondering what it could be, My ps2, My internet or my swbf2 disc.

Could anyone help me and tell me what it might be? it's been happening for over a month now.

Also plz dont spam this topic, i really want to fix this dam problem lol

Probably a combination of all of them. I might suggest resetting your modem, cleaning your disk and making sure your PS2 isn't overheating. Just some easy advice.

heres what you should do,

look at your disc just see how its condition is

then if your modem doesnt work after reseting it i would get a new one

restarting my modem is basicly turning it off for 2 minutes then turning it back on right ? And i do admit my Disc is pretty jacked up... i had it for more than 3 years

I dont think so. cuz when i play swbf2 not online it works just fine. but i'll try buying a new disc and see how it works , if its still lagging me out i could just return the game lol

you said it says "Connection to host lost" when you disconnect? then its your disc
i remember when it happened to me, ask devil or battery, i got a new disc and it stopped doing it

if you got any gamestores nearyou,they can polish the disk for a buck. thats what i did

Take out the screws of your Ps2. If you have a slim, the 6 squares under it all contain screws under them. Remove them and undo the screws. Once your ps2 is open clean all of it out and make sure you didn't damage anything. Put it back on and put the screws back in.

As for the disk just go to the store and get it polished. If you don't feel like spending money for that, rinse it in warm water and clean it with toilet paper.

And as for your moden, remove the power plug to it for 60 seconds and put it back in.

If your problems still progress try contacting your internet supervisor, buy a new game, or a new Ps2. Either way if they progress I am not able to help you from there.

Lol, i played a crap load during summer cause i did'nt have alot to do and i was at my brothers house for the whole summer.

But yeah i found out its my disc thats the problem. soooo i need to get it cleaned.... thanks 4 the help Smile
