My Ban Today

The first TK was for peace-making with Blain.

The second was for peace-making with Silver.

The third was for insulting not only me, but Devil as well.

The peace-making crap is childish... Yes, I realize it is your server and you can do and say whatever you want. However... A friend of my enemy is an enemy to me. It is not fair to allow peace-making, but ban those who combat it... I'm not going to tolerate disrespect towards myself and I'm especially not going to put up with disrespect towards one of my closest friends on the game.

Leave me banned or lift it... It is what it is. I just wanted to explain myself.

Sinister, if you will look in annoucments there is a topic on this, Meph has said yes to us kicking people who make peace, but we only do it when they help the person they are keeping peace with, if that dosent happen we leave it. It is a public server not a clan server, that would just about wipe most of the players out there.

all i did was walk by them, isnt like i helped them or anything...
and if you think it was me who pushed silver and you well then your off, was taco boy, and even when i pushed him away from you so you could kill silver you still choked AND hit me....

insulting? maybe a misunderstanding somewhere but i wouldnt ever intentionally insult you or devil no matter how much either of you bitch at me for anything

no, this isnt an arguement over whats right and whats unright, he has his opinions i have mine, he chose to TK me i chose to ban him, thats all that went down today

and apparently a misunderstanding about some insult...im still trying to find that out

Worst I've done to him is make fun of his inability to pronounce certain words correctly... even then he knew I was kidding. Saying he's "my lap dog" is false & insulting, hence... disrespect.

Whether or not you just "walked by them" is irrelevant... That was not my point. My point is it is unfair to allow peace-making to take place - even if no one is saving each other - but then turn around and ban someone for combating it.

It's not fair for someone to be immune to death from particular enemies, while others don't have that advantage. Then to punish someone for the combating of said acts just trying to keep the game fair...? Well, simply put, it's bullshit.

Now, you tell me... is that "policy" fair to everyone...? Better yet is it fair to any single person?

idk what definition you have of ''lap dog'' but where i live its just another word for follower...didnt know it was an insult, but now that i do know then i apologize for using it, didnt mean to insult anyone, but noone ive said it to has ever counted it as an insult...
so again i apologize

but as for the rest....i wouldnt really know what to say to it, other people do it so why shouldnt i be allowed to? as long as other people are going to do it then i see no unfairness in me doing it

besides...isnt like im much firepower to either team, right now i dont see it as unfair unless your shoving your own team down on the ground for your friends to kill, which i appall
yes i admit i used to do it as well, but sooner or later i came to my senses and saw that doing that was just crap, either way you shouldnt have to resort to TKing for something that doesnt make that huge a deal in this game anymore

Well, when I see it used it usually means "bitch".

Other people do it because you allow it to be done. I was approached by Blaine and Silver earlier and they tried to peace-make with me too... I just killed them. Speaking of shoving your own team down to protect your peace-pal... that's what Rabbit & BloodBeast were doing earlier, Blaine also did it with someone and I've seen it occur between others in there before.

I really don't have any respect for people that do it. Like I said earlier, it's your server, your rules... you can do what you want. You could have the dumbest rules imaginable & I'm sure most of these tools would still play there. Allowing this crap to continue though is an excellent way to piss off a lot of people... Alienating active players wouldn't be a wise decision.

I'm sure I'm not the first to disagree, certainly not the last either...

plenty of people have plenty of points for both sides, everyone has theyre own opinions for everything possible, but either way everything here has been resolved, was only a 10 min ban though im sure with the TKing its prob gonna happen again so im gonna go ahead and lock this topic before everyone comes here and starts arguing over whats ''right'' and whats ''wrong''

for everything else wrong that i missed, we'll cross those bridges when we come to them...
