It isnt in the rules but if you are wearing the tag with an alias the admin didnt know then they would probably boot/ban you for being a smurf. Just some people are protective of the tag like you would be if you didnt know who was wearing the tag.

i was playing as .:vVv:.Overlord.......isnt that hard to figure out who I was. Alex can go fuck himself. I have already spoken my piece in depth as to what that little fucktard piece of shit did and what needs to be done to his scrawny no good ass. On top of that, he even went so far over the RM as to tell me directly that I wasnt good enough to wear it. WHO THE FUCK DOES HE THINK HE IS!!!??? AND WHO THE FUCK DOES HE THINK HE IS DEALING WITH HERE???!!! I am not just some random fucking noob, or smurf. It was plain as day as to who I was. And I might add, that I did not get banned until I was already in the server racking up a decent score, so maybe I just beat his pussy ass one too many times...i dunno. Or maybe it was his time of the month. Fact oif the matter is he had aboslutely no cause or justification to do what he did, and say what he did. Again I ask, who the fuck does this kid think he is dealing with here. I don't think anyonhe understands the gravity of the warpath I am on, and that pending whatever decisions are made about Alex, I don't know how much longer I am going to be in the Abyss community...and I been here a looooonnnnggg time.

I was under the impression that no one was supposed to wear the tag. I already unbanned you. but still I don't see why you throw a hissy fit when I asked you before hand to take the tag off as a sign of respect. in fact if I remember correctly, you were put on probation due to inactivity back when vvv was active which was why I thought you weren't good enough to wear it. but if everyone else is ok with it then sure I have no problem with it.

As far as your warning, had you fucking bothered to take the time to look at the client list in the RM, you would have seen that I was in fact logged in as admin at the time in question. Now, knowing that I was logged in, do you think had I seen any messae you posted, I would have replied in turn? Especially if you are making such an outragious demand as to remove my clan tags. Reasons for my request for your removal of admin.
1.) making outragious, unwarranted, unnecesary, flaming, and unjust bans
2.) knowingly making bans against another admin
3.) even though we have all done this at some point or another, its just one more thing to make an even 3: not following admin procedure, in particular, the ban procedure, as you did not in fact warn, boot, ban. You just warned, then banned.

If someone was in the clan before it went on hiatus, then they are allowed to wear the tag.

People seem to think vVv disbanded.

That's simply not true.

After Fearless and the others left to make -V-, at vVv we still were a clan. But people started losing incentive and motivation. The game was getting boring. We all got super tired of how things were going. So we decided to put it on hiatus. Somewhere in the shuffle JOG recruited Mimmi, Fury and SmallC - which is fine, but that doesn't mean vVv is dead and that consequently no one can wear the tag. We rarely use our site because there's no reason to. We keep in contact through skype, phones, the chatboxes, etc. It's more efficient than trying to play the forum popularity game. People try and use the fact our site is vacant as if we are a bad clan or something. Honestly, our ties to one another transcend a site or a server or a game. That's why you see Overlord still sporting the tag with pride.

We just see no point in trying to be real on star wars anymore seeing as how we did that for about 3 years straight, undefeated and uncontested. Now JOG might try to use the mixed battle we had as a bragging point, but I already submitted proof that we lost very intentionally. Then when I went to setup an official match, I just simply got dodged. I mean who are we kidding? We would have won had we tried to, but even when trying to lose and literally competing for most deaths we still came close. Doesn't really matter either way, we've always known we were better and -V- has taken our place and been beating JOG into the dirt.

But I digress

Over can wear the tag. He has been a longtime member and I personally recruited him. Dunno why you would make a decision such as banning when all you have is assumption to base it off. That's just lazy and ignorant.

Over i thought you were playing under an alias with the vVv tag that is why i made that comment about the admin(Alex) not knowing who you were. Alex you have no right to ban/boot him for wearing tag, one being he is a vVv member and two being he is an admin for the server. Banning/Booting an admin doesnt get you anywhere and it usually leads to these kinds of problems. I know you were probably trying to do what you thought was right but in this circumstance it wasnt. Also please avoid calling people out on admin, that is just childish especially since Over is no noob. Not sure if Huey will take any actions towards this, i will have to talk to him about it but for the future avoid doing such things alex.

I wouldn't have banned you if you just simply left and joined without the tag, seeing as when I looked back at rm you were still in with the tag. but I had to get your attention somehow seeing as the warning and message didn't. And no you didn't reply until after I banned you when you said you were given permission to wear the tag.

And being an admin doesn't grant you immunity from being banned/booted. ive had to boot/ban myself a few times for being so bad one game that I was screwing my other teammates.

still though I cant help but remember someone directly telling me that no one was to wear the vvv tag. I guess they lied to me

Well banning/booting an admin really doesnt do much because then it would either spark them banning/booting you or they would unban themselves. I have been that situation with a few admins so that is why i am saying that. They can wear the tag if they were in vVv before. This is coming from Sin and I so whoever else told you that they cant, then they are lying.

Alex the thing you were told about not wearing the tags..referred to newcomers..and tryouts and such..noone new could sport the tag..nor try out for the clan. But i do agree with you that admins should be able to check eachother. But ultimately depending on the maturity of an admin it was just be a banwar..So when dealing with admins..i would say document behavior and bring it to Huey's attention

I even followed protocol, and did not remove the ban myself. I have the whole rm conversation saved in another file on my other computer. I can if need be move that whole conversation to a usb drive and post it here, but just will take some doing as this is my work computer. So yes, I do have the whole conversation documented.

I am not metioning names or what happened as I am not exactly sure what I did other than boot an alias whoo killed me twice in a row from spawning in the cantina. But in any case, I'm done. and also for the record, "read the rules" is not an acceptable reason to kick/boot/ban, as that does not give the culprit a clear idea of what exactly they did. Not only that, but how many people do you know that are going to see that reason, hop on the site, find the rule list, and actually read it. Then, they will have to try and make an educated guess as to which rule they may have broken. This also makes it much easier to boot someone for no reason.....example: I don't like that i'm getting my ass kicked, so I boot someone for "read the rules" as such, there is no clear indication exactly what that person did, so the reasoning is left up for debate and I could essentially boot anyone I didn't like, just use the reason "read the rules" and it's therefore justified. Just sayin.....some admins need to learn to do the job correctly. Shame one of the few who did got so fed up with it and just left...wonder who that was?.....

i dont know why is not available anymore. but now is boring to play as a jedi because all the characters have the same ability. at least chokers have a lot of different abilities.
or at least letting just one dart vader available per turn, like if you are using that clown nobody can use it until you die... i dont know.
