chip dmg on all block

Energy cost: regular block energy
Damage: 75 per saber hit
Heal amount: none

to punish blockwhoring. basically you would till take dmg while perfect blocking but you would not be stunned/tumbled

By the looks of it, no. Not even on PC, because there's nothing in the form of a code to tell the game to do something as such, but I'll keep looking and see if I can find out something.
